All membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform within your first 14 days, contact us at urbanhalo@polsia.app and we will make it right.

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. No partial month refunds are issued.

Annual Memberships

You may cancel at any time within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days annual memberships are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your paid period.

Founding Sister Lifetime Memberships

All lifetime membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

Memberships Revoked for Violations

Members removed from Urban Halo for violating community guidelines or Terms of Service are not entitled to any refund regardless of when they purchased.
